I've had to reinstall my computer but now i cant get my glidos unlocked..

It tells me that i have used all my allocated unlocks AND the 2 unlocks that i haved used before dosnt match the glidosID from the app...

What am i doing wrong, i wanna play my TR1!!!! 😖
