I Have upgrade my PC a couple of time and now I cannot activate Glidos, Since I have paid for this software I would expect to be able to use it. I have sent two emails regarding this but have received no reply

You get 2 unlocks when you first signed up and you get another one every 6 months. You've unlocked too many times, in other words. Same thing happened to me so I found another way to get my programs to run until the 6 months is up.
what was the other way? does't seem to encourage me to do the honest thing and pay for my software does it?
