Hi,
thinking to build something modern and cheap I bought a AM1 motherboard that support these dual and quad core Jaguar processors. Usually the best would be the 5350 or 5370 2,05/2.2ghz 2MB L2 quad core with R3 graphic integrated card, but I've seen there's also compatibility with the Athlon X4 550 that seems like a 5370 without the graphic gpu inside and still it consume 25W (?). What is the difference? Is it better?
Thank

Are you asking about purely comparing their merit's as CPUs? If you pair a GPU with the X4 550 but use the build in graphics of the 5250 then surely the build with the GPU will have the upper hand. However, if you were to use the same dedicated GPU regardless of the CPU it would be an extremely close matchup. I haven't seen anyone directly compare the two on benchmarks but it will be extremely close I have a feeling.

Thanks, thinking which one to buy in future I wasn't sure which was the faster on cpu side cause I already bought a Radeon R5 230 (maybe it was better something more powerful) and I like discrete external cards more than apu one.
