I am at a dilemma where I need to record screen perfect from my 486, but my card only outputs VGA. I do not have and VGA to scan line converters or anything of that sort, but I am looking for a box that can take VGA resolutions from 320x200 to 1280x1024. A big bonus is if it can take refresh rates lower than 50hz, but that's optional. What it outputs in I don't really care. It can be NTSC RF, PAL RF, ATSC, QAM, Composite, Component, HDMI, or DVI. I have facilities to use them all, I just can't record from VGA.

I was looking at this, it's cheap, the reviews are good, but I need to know that it will take a 320x200 signal as is used very commonly in MANY DOS games.
Suggestions? I know Phil does some sort of recording, but I am not sure what as It always looks so good.
