I like reviews to be subdued and chill with a little twist of David Lynch weirdness. This one is pretty close. The rabbit made me almost lose it @ 4:35.

This is a cool retro games review site.

Thank for the pointer - that was epic. The rabbit was funny, but it was looking up how to pronounce Cicada that cracked me up. I nearly did the same when reviewing my Tualatin server.

I am right there with you. I lost it completely when the computer spoke the pronunciation. The guy knows his comic timing for sure. If you look him up it appears he is in the entertainment industry professionally as well. Good stuff.

Does anyone miss old CGW reviews, where games weren't rated with stars, but purely with narration that tells how the game work instead of how good or how bad it is?
Never thought this thread would be that long, but now, for something different.....

not to mention they are graphics-biased in their scoring system
Bad game but nice CGI graphics?
A relatively-decent (by 90's capcom standards) port of a good game but has <640x480 graphics and doesn't use your 3d card?

No, I mean before that, when game reviews were merely qualitative review, without any quantitative rating whatsoever.
