PCem v12 sound too quiet

I got Windows 95 installed on PCem v12, i maxed out the sound and its still quiet, i can barely hear it. any suggestions

Monitor: Dell 2005FPW

Sound: Realtek High Definition Audio Onboard Sound Card

R5 7600X, 32 GB RAM, RTX 3060 TI, Win11
P3 750, 384 MB RAM, Matrox G400, Sound Blaster 32, Win98
PMMX 166, 64 MB RAM, S3 Virge DX, Aztech AZT2316R, Win95

Turn it up (within the emulator).

It's quiet because of the precision it needs to not clip so much when mixing from other sources (i.e. opl2/3 and digital). It's been this way since Megarace's sound corruption was fixed.

I turned on Loudness equalization on the realtek drivers and it made PCem louder
