Some thoughts:
- Is the mouse supposed to be like that in that game?
- Try hitting ctrl+f10
This looks very similar to the problem I have with the game "legends of valour". Please see the following link.
I notice that someone with DOS programming knowledge posted a possible idea to fix this in that thread.
Seems like it's possibly an issue with the emulation of one of the DOS mouse functions. I wonder if any of the developers have had a chance to linvestigate this, to see if it really is the cause. (alas I am not a dosbox developer)
It would be great if it turned out to be the answer, and both our games could then in theory be fixed in a future release,
Cheers, benkid77
I should add, The problem is similar in that we both seem to have multiple copies of the mouse pointer stuck on the screen (Although I don't have the translucent pointer issue)
legend of valour has been fixed allready. Doesn't solve the problems with this game.

How to ask questions the smart way!
@Qbix, Thanks for letting me know! I'll play it some time in the future, after the next release of DOSBox.
@scha I hope someone is also able to find a solution for your game
What version of DOSBox was this game tested in?
I tested it against my personal source.
So CVS++

thanks to HunterZ,benkid77 and Qbix.
my system environment:
cpu 1200
memory 256mb
system win2000 sp4
nvidia geforce2 mx/mx400(32m)
dosbox 0.63
Well Qbix knows about it so maybe he'll be able to figure it out 😀
