I know Jade Falcon hosts a UT99 server for us, but I've started scouring the internet for mods I've remember playing at the time and I'm looking for people around here interested in playing the crap with me.

Most of the mods don't really work right online sadly (because of how garbage UT99's networking code is), but some of them are very playable with only minor glitches.

At the moment I have Unreal 4 Ever Tournament and Unreal Badlands (a wildwest mod) currently installed. I'm looking into maybe installing Infiltration 2.9 Community Edition on a separate install of UT99 when I don't feel lazy to do that. I already have ThieveryUT installed but I'm not sure if that mod ever got any recent updates or not.

Defence Alliance: Community Edition is also a strong candidate to try out but I'd need a significant party of people to play that properly as it's class based cooperative play.

I also have AirFight UT installed and running but I'm sceptical if the online play of that is even remotely usable...
