Drakan on windows 10

I had installed Drakan in old windows ( don't recall windows 7/8 ). Trying to install in windows 10 . It doesn't play beyond the initial welcome screen.

Pls advise how do I make it work.

By initial welcome screen do you mean this?:

The attachment Drakan_2017_07_07_17_34_19_868.jpg is no longer available

If so you need to uncheck "Fast video memory access" in dgVoodoo2 settings or mouse cursor won't work.
