Good for you guys! Looks like Moscow children had fun. I wonder if playing old computer games will be perceived by younger generation the same way those born in the 80s are perceiving Black Sabbath and Deep Purple. I.e. "go for it if you are into it" and not dismiss the hobby as quirky outdated trash. I can't comment on the film much, but looks like you had plenty of fun yourself. A lengthy list of film used gave it away 😀.
Of course there were comments like "ah useless hobby". But most people said "ah I used to play DooM or Alley Cat as a kid" and they and their children had a lot of fun. I think in general in the world people are turning to the Past - in music, and in other fileds ... As people realise that in old times things were made better, more solid and Art was in some way more vivid. (For me I was groving on old music, but for me among the west bands I liked the Grateful Dead, MArc Bolan and Dylan - Black Sabbath and Deep Purple were too "common" for me - I always liked something weird and strange )
Many people play old_games now- mostly in emulators, but I know I lot of 14-19 year of old collectors of 1980-1990 computers here and in other countries. I was born in 1983 and for me it's hard to find a computer made before the date of my brhtm not for them)
And about pictures - I like the film more, than digital, but that time I had no choice - my digital camera was being repaired at the moment)
