They know the stuff you own an thus a pretty rough indication how much money you have. With the wrong intentions they will break into your house when your out for your holiday. Id be more worried about the meta/Exif data your photos contain. If you take a photo with a smart phone it likely has your gps coordinates of were you took the photo.
Oh and letts not forget your IP address. Post at home and one can get your IP and pin point it to your home.

Anyway if your truly worried about your safety dont post online.
