help with Might and Magic

well first of all thz 4 the newbie section it really helped alot got the commands and everything; but i still cant seem to run my might and magic:World of xeen game(M&M 4-5)

just when i type the comands to run the game appears this msg:
No cdrom drive or MSCDEX.exe is not laoded

ive tried alot but still no luck, hope that anyone can plz help me,

also i dont think if it will help but they asked in guideline 4 posting request:

i have a pentium 4, 2.80Ghz, 255 Ram,win Xp and the latest dosbox

The game was discussed before... Search ...
Did you mount CD correctly?
Also I think that for this game you must use either "ioctl" or "aspi" parameter when mounting the CD ...

thx i was able to mount D
but when iam ready to run it
i type: xeen/xeen.exe and doesnt work, stays thta there is no such file name
and iam sure iam in the correct directory
