Is it possible to emulate Windows Apps and Games through Dosbox and use IPXnet connect to connect to host system?

Just download virtual box and install windows 98SE, IPX connections can be done with the virtual network adapter set to bridged mode. Not sure what OS you're running on your host machine though.

Windows 9x isn't officially supported for DOSBox.
