Just use a continuity tester against these pins of an ISA slot:

B01 GND
B03 +5V
B06 -5V
B07 -12V
B09 +12V

I have MBC-18NB.

You should replace all Caps inside this Machine.
it suffers from leaking capacitors.
if you don't do this they will eat away circuit traces. Mine already has slight damage.
I'm going to repair it when i find time to make a list of capacitors..

Also the NiCAD accu should be removed.
i open the battery case and removed the cells.
Under the battery is also a small service opening which gives you access to the cmos cell (mitsubishi)
And the Mitsubishi Cell could also leak and destroy the laptop and should be replaced with a new one.

Nice thing on this laptop, no slimline floppy, Gotek can be made to fit inside.

i don't know any other pins.

i have no sanyo psu.
I use a Thinkpad PSU with 16V, and on the Notebook Sticker it says only 16V required.

you may want to open the notebook and look at the dc-dc board,
i'm pretty sure they just connect multiple wires togehter.

on the battery connector are also 16V, seems there is no sort of charge controller..
