Hi,

It is some time since I played TR1 and I thought I'd give it another go. For some reason my unlocked version is displaying the spinning logo again. Must have messed up the settings somewhere.

Glidos is running fine, with sound, the game works properly and the unlock key seems to be OK. I tied re-entering it and it accepted the code but made no difference. The game is installed in the default location.

Help please.

I expect your Glidos ID has changed, so you need to go back to your unlocking account to generate a new key.

You have to close Glidos and restart it, but that's all. Are you sure your ID doesn't keep changing, maybe as you go on and off line?
