I would love to know if this actually existed or still exists. Anyone remember something like this? There are a few comments around the net by people who claim to have found this "undocumented feature".

Edit: one person said something about Windows 3.1 and the Program Manager help window, then he said he opened up Windows 3.1 and couldn't make it work. Maybe it was 3.11 for Workgroups or NT 3.51?
