Ahoy there guys, I've been collecting cheap parts for an early Pentium build for a while now, and I just scored an AT power supply on the cheap.
However I've read how volatile they can be, and was wondering if there was anything I should check before I plug it into a live system (I've turned it on and confirmed that the fan spins up at least.) Here are some pictures from each angle with the case off.

As far as I can see there are no leaking or bulging capacitors, but I'm not sure if there's any other warning signs to look for.
Side-question: During my build, is there a place I can go for more quick-fire questions like this, that I can't find on the wiki, rather than clogging up the forums?
Thanks for all your help. o/
