I've tried three different controller cards. 1 VLB, 2 ISA. the board always hangs. it seems to have no issue detecting any drives attached to the controller and I can enter the BIOS fine, but it wont get past POST. Depending on which card I have more or less determines where it hangs. The VLB card always hang here:

The ISA cards sometimes hang there too, but mostly get past that and hangs here:

Do to the consistence and predictability of this and the fact it does it with every controller card I try, I feel like this is an easy fix. Something like a resource conflict. Anyone have any suggestions on this?
