Hook it up to a working ST-506 controller and see if you can get it detected/formatted/working 😉
(RLL and MFM both use ST-506, the difference is in encoding - and MFM is less demanding than RLL, so any RLL drive can be formatted and used as MFM)
Unlikely the two in that lot will help though, and even if you have a working controller, the drive seemed electrically OK, but had mechanical issues - it sounded like a wheel with a rusty brake disk being rotated when powered up...
