I have been looking for nearly ten years for an obscure childrens title.
The name, I believe, is either Puzzle Story Book or Picture Story Book.
I've been sent here by other forums and reddit, a few people have said that this is the DOSosphere so maybe one of you will remember this.

Description of the game:
I had the game around the same time as we got our Sounblaster 16 along with the accompanying cartridge loading C-ROM drive.
The game itself loaded from a floppy.
The game featured a Dinosaur as the guide.
It had three parts, the creating part, where you could use "stickers" (pre created 2D models) to draw a scene, the story part, where you could write about the scene you created in a text box,
and a playback part where the dinosaur guide would read what you wrote back to you.

I cannot for the life of me remember the game and no matter the engine I can never find anything other than Talking Parrot or Mixed Up Mother Goose (same era I believe)

Am I crazy? Is this some paradox?

Crazy ? No, not you. The 90s were. About dinosaurs and saving the rain forest and whales (poor things!)..

I think I've seen a video of a similar game on youtube once.
It was a about a talking dinosaur (standing on the right of the screen) and some short stories.
Can't remember the name, though. Sorry. 🙁

Another program that fits the desciption at least *partly*:

Sounds like it's either First Byte's "The Dinosaur Discovery Kit," or "Zug's Dinosaur World."
