I'm sorry if this kind of thing has been posted before.

I acquired Daggerfall, and when I tried to install it I was unsuccessful. Woe was me! Everytime I tried to run any of the programs it would try to enter DOS, then exit on its own. I was at a loss.

Then I heard about DOSbox, and tried to get it working with that. I first experimented with Arena, and indeed, it worked fine. And so with that I tried to install Daggerfall.

It went through to the install program okay, which was a first. But when I got to choosing an install path/size, it said I only had 105mb free on my C drive. If I tried to install any larger size than 105mb then it wouldn't even detect the C drive. Worse yet, I thought I'd just go ahead and use a small installation, but that froze when I tried.

Is this a common problem? If so, is there any way around it? Thanks in advance.
