I have a AGP S3 Trio3D Graphics card in my in-progress DOS/Win 95 build. But I've got a problem I think I need Vogons to help me with.

Trying to run the S3 VBE/Core 2.0 Version 3.18 from the driver library just gives the message: "Unknown S3 Graphics chip detected." Which means I also can't run the S3 Speedup. Is there a way to "fix" this?

This is the card:

You don't need to load S3 VBE/CORE on Trio3D as it supports VBE2.0 out of the box.
Try this: S3 VBE Fix

Aries: 486DX33 /16M /TGUI9440 /GUS+ALS100+MT32PI
Triton: K6-3+@400 /64M /Rage Pro PCI /ES1370+YMF718
Seattle: P!!!750 /256M /MX440 /Vibra16s+SBLive!
Panther Point: 3470s /8G /GTX750Ti /HDA

Yeah, Trio3D has built-in VBE2.0 support, and S3VBEFIX includes S3SpeedUp booster features as well 😉
