It is not really important, but the text line-height is not entirely proper. Text can overlap the text below it. It has always been that way. I think if you just remove line-height styles it should correct itself. Using Firefox here.

I've implemented this, and it's fixed a lot of the layout problems I was seeing about the place. Cheers mate!

Great! It reads a lot better now. Thanks for remembering my remark, and good to see you managed to find time for maintenance on this very useful repository.

Just got this driver disc and manual in the post with a Turtle Beach Montego A3D 64 Voice PCI card (Aureal Vortex AU8820B2). I've created an ISO of the disc and a PDF of the manual.

Disc creation date is the 18th of March 1998 while most of the drivers files are defined as "Revision: 14, Date: 10/28/97". Disc label is 'MONTEGO' and contains setup folders for the following languages; Dutch, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Swedish and Thai. Installer is for 9x and NT and seems to contain VXD and WDM drivers ver 4.0.1381.1

ISO (125.5MB) - https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Gng3tbs5O0K … CL3_z709AGDY_Vg
Manual - https://drive.google.com/open?id=19vw3f1CrQ94 … dV8BukWC2UzQA94

As the Vortex is not as popular as the Vortex II I thought this disc might be a good addition to the Vogon's driver database.

Did you check this ISO for having parts with password protection, like the Montego II one?

Hi Gerwin, I did not check for this as I didn't even know it was possible. Can you explain what you mean in more detail? Are some folders on the disc encrypted or do you mean something else? As far as I could tell the ISO I made is just a basic disc image with nothing special going on and the disc only contained drivers, no licensed software.

Hope this helps.

Hey SquallStrife and also DosFreak if you're out there, I'm posting here after speaking with Vlask, I'd come across a suspected VESA initialisation bug in pure DOS with the 3DFX Voodoo5 5500 PCI where most VESA applications would hang on a black screen, make my monitor wig out with invalid refresh rates indicated with an Out-of-Range error or show garbled graphics and artifacting which ended up being resolved by popping GAREPORT.EXE from SciTech SNAP for DOS within my AUTOEXEC.BAT.

After some digging around I came across a serial key within a text-file originating from SciTech themselves where they'd made the earlier OS/2 version freeware before selling it to the ecomstation devs.

Now just out of sheer curiosity I tried the OS/2 version key in the DOS version and it activates fine!

I think this would be great to have on the VOGONS Driver Library as a companion alongside the other SciTech Freeware releases, Below are archive.org links to the serial key text-file and to the respective installers for all the Operating Systems supported, unsure if it'll activate anything other than OS/2 and DOS but it might be worth a try.

OS/2 Version 3.1.8 Registration Code (works with 3.1.1 for DOS!)

Of course! I'm missing one of the RAP-10 disks, that would be of help. And the AdLib gold tools are quite rare.

I take it you own all those cards? Then this thead could interest you, and you could add your name to the google docs. List of rarest PC soundcards

The more sound cards, the better.

As a matter of fact, I used to own these but sold them years ago. These disks are leftovers I recently found at the attic. I don't own many soundcards anymore, however I do own quite some midi modules and wavetable daugterboards.

Anyway, I'll make images of the disk sets and post them here.

Dude, thanks for these! I'm setting up a PC with this exact card for some A3D sweetness.
