The movie is:
Master of Disguise
And it is:
Objectively terrible.

HAHAHAHA. I actually like it. Have you watched it?
If you want actual horrible movies, try these:
Rubber
Killer Clowns from Outer Space
Plan 9 from Outer Space
I enjoy really bad films. I find them hilarious.
Manos the Hands of Fate
Gigli

Manos looks painful to watch.. kinda on the level of Plan 9 from Outer Space.
Gigli looks like an ok movie.
Let me know if you make it through watching Rubber. I tried to watch it and didn't make it past 15 minutes before I couldn't take it anymore.

Or how about robin hood - ghosts of sherwood ? Only lasted a few minutes into this one as well.

And I usually like really bad films... but there is a breaking point at which it goes from bad to brain melting bad.

No, it's not. Not at all. It's completely horrible from start to finish. This is, in my opinion, the highlight of the film because it's so bizarre.

Worst movie I ever saw was Dead men don't wear plaid. Walked out after 15 minutes, and I saw it for free.
I was thinking most movies post-2000.. basically bad movies of the 70s/80s nowadays looks like good movies even when they were intended to be cheap bad ones back then.
I got excited reading the plot of rubber going to check it out sometime
and I would like to make my contribution with street trash 1987
Here's some of the film trash I've seen:
Santa Claus Conquers the Martians (1964)
The Giant Gila Monster (1959)
Monster a Go-Go (1965)
The Brain That Wouldn't Die (1959)
Village of the Giants (1965)
The Creeping Terror (1964)
Laserblast (1978)
Revenge of the Creature (1955)
They're sci-fi/horror movies and real stinkers IMHO, although Revenge of the Creature is also one of my guilty pleasures (and the reason why is a secret I intend to take with me to the grave 😜 ). The worst one is Monster a Go-Go, it's so bad it's downright awful 😵
Ooohh, the pain......
<insert every MST3K episode here>
In modern film, the D-list German cinema scene (hello Uwe Boll) and DTV films are often astoundingly poor relative to everything else as there's so much opportunity for people with no skill or aptitude to try their hand at making films. It seems to me a bit like stacking a varsity team against pros. Except in rare cases like with Uwe Boll (how did they keep letting him make movies) and films such as Manos (which seems to have required anti-talent to create), they aren't so interesting in my view.
I like those films that generally have the right ingredients (cast, crew, budget, etc.), but something still goes disastrously wrong resulting in an epic mess the world can never un-see.

My vote is for “Deathbed: the Bed That Eats”.
Completely, horrifically, terribly unwatchable. It’s amazingly bad.
Easily the worst horror movie I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen Troll 2 and Basket Case.
haha basket case wasn't so bad its pretty average bad, I didn't struggle to finish it.
I recently started watching "slime city" this one I attempted twice and failed within 10 or 20 minutes
Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever (2002) staring Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu.
With a Rotten Tomatoes score of 0% I think we have an unbeatable winner.
Critics Consensus: A startlingly inept film, Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever offers overblown, wall-to-wall action without a hint of wit, coherence, style, or originality.
Blair Witch movies are bad. Even Colin Mochrie predicted a crappy sequel to the first Blair Witch movie on Whose Line is it Anyway (and he was right).

Black Panther - look, I'm old school and loved the comics character in the 70's. This rendition to me was all about "eye candy". Having said that, I liked the part he played in Captain America Civil War.
Another thought: Killing off Klaw in Black Panther was an utter waste, he was an interesting character.
