Sound works just fine in Command Keen 4, but I can't get it working in Commander Keen 1. Any ideas as to why and (more importantly) what I might do to fix it? Thanks!

Commander Keen 1 only uses the PC Speaker for sound, while Keen 4 and later use Adlib. Make sure PC speaker emulation is enabled and working in your DOSBox config.

Running with a low cycles setting may also help.
