However, this is interesting because CPU support page says that both supports FSB133. (KT133 shouldn't)

too bad there is no bios mod for the non pro model, maybe they dropped support on tbread 2100+

AFAIK KT133 and KT133A are pin compatible, and if PLL chips are the same (this is probably the chip on the right side of DIMM slots), you may try.
However board on the left have bulged capacitors and I wouldn't turn it on before replacing them.

On the left board, I also can see two capacitors which are not trustworthy: top right one - under cpu fan connector, and this under ATX connector. If there are more with the same type/brand/capacitance I would replace them all.
