Motherbroard: nvidia2 chipset (well ...a don't want to know exactly)
Processor: athlon2400xp (more exactly then diverse, isn't it?)
512mb ram (most certainly shure i am)
ati 9500 (I tent to tell everyone, so I think i'm sure)
sblive, as well as on board wich is used primarily (sorry it is so: I use the on-board device but need the com-port of the Blaster to use my MS Sidewinder pro)
My OS: win2k/dosbox 0.63
My problem game is: wing commander
and it occures always

Well, I liked Wing Commander a lot when I was a kid.
I loaded The Kilrathi Saga down from [HOTU] and it didn't went well (because the joystick tended to stroll to the far right/down-direction)
So...ahm, I-ahh downloaded a version from the emule-network (for gods sake I hope it's abandonware) and installed it.
I tried to run it with dosbox0.63 but this time the Joystick seem to went for the north/western direction and, for now I don't have any clue how to calibrate my Joystick properly.

Inferno -for example- works fine so far, I haven't tested a lot.
Both, the win95 and the dos version of Wing Commander have difficulties in win2k. Wing Commander2 from HOTU works well.

Besides:
this is my first post and I appreciate everything the people have done developing dosbox.
It's like dropping back to one's past when games had something magical.
