OK had a look at the second PC. This is one of my old rigs.
Jetway J656 HXA Mobo
Pentium-S 200MHz
81920K RAM (reported by BIOS)
Maxtor 3.5Gb HDD
Diamond Stealth 64 SVGA
4x CDROM Autochanger CDR-C251
Sony CD Writer
This is in a full height tower on castor wheels. I strongly suspect this was the rig that had the voodoo2 but if it did then someone has had it away as there is an empty blanking space in the PCI slot where the voodoo would have been. Also there is no sound card fitted and 100% this PC had a sound card when i sold it.
I'm struggling to find a way to test this a it takes a large 5pin DIN keyboard and serial mouse, ha no ps2 connectors and no USB connectors so I can't connect a keyboard or mouse. It says 'No Keyboard' on power up but then it did boot Win95 after some seconds. I had to switch it off and now it is saying 'Windows did not load correctly' on boot and wants t oscan the hard drive but I can't do anything without mouse/keyboard
So I think it is working. Looking around on ebay the components in this older rig seem to be of less value than the AMD K6-2 450 on my other thread. Possibly that is because it is too old, and maybe there is a 'sweet spot' with retro gaming PCs when i comes to the equation rarity * desirability = price???
