But how do you start up games in DOSBox in the first place? I don't really get the Readme.. 😖
Im a newb at DOS ect. So please be straight forward with me, the game im trying to get started is Blood.

Also, I'd like to add.. This version of Blood I got is a freeware I found somewhere on the net.. It seems it was by, "Twilight" since those are the words that appear in the setup.

Blood is not freeware and probably never will be. Also unless you have at least an XP 2800+ 2.2ghz and the latest DosBox with Kurnov's patch then Blood will not be playable in DosBox for you. (Unless you like to play in 320x200).
You can get the DosBox version with this patch in this thread: Graphics performance boost on the last page. Currently this is the only way to play Blood well on DosBox. Even then your only going to get mabye 15-20fps tops whereas under XP if I lock vsync I get about 66fps....and if I unlock vsync it's in the hundreds of fps.
Moreover, if you don't know any DOS, get a frontend for DOSBoxm D-Fend for example.
