Well I suspect the young guy behind the counter is just an idiot. Happend quite a few times I asked him if they got a part in stock, he said no and I found it 5 minutes later by searching myself.. Anyway still happy there is a store like this around in the times of everybody buying anything online 99% of the time.

I received mine on Friday; Canada Post was surprisingly quick with this one.

Now I just need to find time to build it...

Yes, very curious how that played out... 2 weeks of no updates, and once I ask them to track the package down, it is delivered. 😁

Just tested the card , it works but you have to keep the volume pot at a really low level else you get horrible static noises. Touching pins of the amp on the backside affects this so I guess it really is busted? 😁

Could be, I had one bad one like that as well. I gave you two, right? I think at least I gave everyone two TEA2025s... You might want to try that one. I ordered from two different chinese sellers, to be on the safe side. Hopefully you have one working. Other than that: They can be had really cheaply, and for the Snark Barker you need one anyway, so you may want to start ordering some off of eBay... 😉

I am not taking any chances with the other, I will use an old one taken from a crappy isa pnp soundcard 😁

i replaced the amp with a tda in my new drawing.. i will order pcbs soon. but be patience it will still take some time 😀
