I'm currently in the process of acquiring some knowledge about the rather exotic Stereo F/X and VGAStereo F/X cards from ATI. While there is some sparse information, forum threads and pictures of the card + accessories on the interwebz I haven't yet come across a fully boxed example. Does anyone know where to find pictures of the box?

Thanks in advance

Ads are available online. I had an ATI Stereo F/X CD card in my 486 back in 1993 and it wasn't anything particularly special (yet another SoundBlaster Pro clone). No box since it came with one of those Multimedia "kit" bundles with a single speed Mitsumi "pullout" CD-ROM drive.

The earlier non "CD" versions of the card have sockets to add the Philips/CMS chips for GameBlaster compatibility. The VGA versions are combined with a video card, what ATI was known for.

I know, what the Stereo F/X and VGAStereo F/X cards are. I was talking about the boxes. The digitized ads in Google Books aren't helpful, as they don't show the boxes, only the cards:
