i was wanting to know if you can remove those heatsinks on those Pentium chips?

R5 7600X, 32 GB RAM, RTX 3060 TI, Win11

I have a similar situation. I have POD5V133s with busted heatsinks and no fans. I also want to remove the heatsink without damaging the chip.
