What is a good LED display to use with DOS gaming ?

The true master uses a single LED which is just flickering on and off really fast, and reconstructs the image manually in his mind.

World's foremost 486 enjoyer.

I like the old 5:4 Dell's, like the 19/1705FP's
They scale pretty good and have DVI as a bonus.

Their pre-DVI LCDs also work well. Some minor scaling issues with low resolutions, but they do display them.

No idea why OP is specifically asking for an LED display; his questions tend to be rather esoteric and abstruse, but for the purpose of technical correctness, it should be pointed out that none of the above are LED displays; LED backlighting didn't enter the LCD scene until 5:4 and 4:3 were phased out.
