I just noticed what looks to be a scorched capacitor on a motherboard im working on but I am not quiet sure what to replace it with. the cap reads 475 16K picture below

So Google didn't return exact matches, the closest 2 I got at a local shop are:
4.7uF 16VDC Tantalum Capacitor
47uF 16VDC Tantalum Capacitor
They both look similar in appearance

I am not good at reading the values so lost here

That's a 4.7µF 16V capacitor.
