Are you sure you're using the correct voltage for these chips ? Are they properly cooled ?

2.5x75MHz = 188MHz
3x66MHz = 200MHz
Seems fine. The Cyrix 6x86 family is a poor overclocker. Especially with poor cooling and poor mainboard capacitors.
Which one is your actual PR233 chip? You posted pictures of two different CPUs.
If it is a 3x66MHz one and is not running stable at 3x66MHz but is does so at 2.5x75MHz, I'd look at 1)jumper settings, 2) cooling, 3)a different m/b.
CPUs don't just crash randomly, they either work or they don't. But in the case of obscure/not mainstream CPUs, motherboard support plays a huge role.

Sure, they're all 2.9V under fan+heatsink.

They're all mine but the problem is the CPU in the center: IBM 6x86MX PR233 3.0 x 66MHz
It crashes as soon as it loads windows 😕 Thanks, I'll try another mobo later.
You know PR doesn't mean actual frequency, right ?
The 6x86 PR233 is made to run at 2.5x 75MHz, not more.
