I would glue the bigger pieces together and use filler for the holes that are left, then paint the case.
I used liquid acetone, to glue the parts together. Just slightly moistoning the edges that need to be glued together. You know, the surfaces that needs to be pressed against each other. Then I made som paste from acetone, with abs plastic dissolved into it. Took some non abs and cut rods. Then superglued the rods on the backside across the broken points, and sealed with the paste that I have made on top of the new rods.
Or you can actually buy real plastic cement in hardware stores across the country. Especially America, as you seem to have fewer regulations against harming cemicals. Eighter way. Using acetone need a well ventilated room.
Don't eat stuff off a 15 year old never cleaned cpu cooler.
