I used to use Compushow (or Cshow) a lot back in the days when I messed around with Neopaint in DOS. Only problem is, it doesn't seem to work in DOSBOX. When i try to run the program, it complains that it can't find several required files which are in the folder. Any solution?

Version 9.04a seems to work just fine under DOSBox 0.63

Really? How do you manage that then? I installed the program, and it won't run on ANY of the CVS or official versions.

Did you run setup.exe first? Your copy might be corrupted.

Well I thought the screenshot was pretty clear that it was installed 😉 and it's not corrupt. It's highly unlikely that any files extracted from a setup file are corrupt because it would throw up CRC errors all over the place. Besides, I got the file from several sources and they all give the same error. Could you post your own version?

Did you install it from inside of DOSBox? If not then it may be looking in the wrong path.

I downloaded it from ftp://ftp.elf.stuba.sk/pub/pc/graph/cshow904.zip

I don't remember if the installer gave me problems or not.
