My question may be strange but what is the first latptop to be Opengl 1.0 or/and directx 5.0 compliant ?

I think about:
- The RAGE LT solution in 1998 (Inspiron 7000)
- ...before RAGE 128/M1/M2/M3/M4 in end of 1999 (Inspiron 4000/7500/8000)
- ...before GEFORCE 2 GO (inspiron 8000/8100/satellite S3000)

What about Toshiba Satellite 1555 with S3 Virge MX? That's the earliest one that I can think of.

Yep, the virge MX is about the same performances of the Rage II/LT but with less VRAM 😒
