as you can see, its a late compact 8088 mainboard with integrated chipset and few components. is it possible to find the model and manual?
what i concern about most is whether it would support ide harddrives if i plug an ide controller into it? and would 16bit isa cards function?
also it supports 640kb of ram only, would there be any difference with 1mb?

You can try searching here - https://www.stason.org/TULARC/pc/motherboards/m8088_1.html
Anyway, looks like a pretty generic turbo XT board, can do without the manual.
As with all XT-class boards, for IDE drives you need an 8-bit IDE controller (eg. XT-IDE), 16-bit ones won't work.
As for other 16-bit cards, it depends on the card - eg. many 16-bit VGA cards do work in 8-bit slot, but some don't.

Edit:
I'm not sure about it, but it doesn't seem that board supports more than 640 KB RAM - the empty sockets are probably for parity chips.
Anyway, on those XT boards with support for 1 MB RAM, it isn't very useful - the extra RAM is typically used as a RAM-drive.

I think I see an Acer chip on the middle right. So you can probably reduce your search to Acer boards.
