That's not new, but I agree it's cool stuff. It's definitely playable even with the official 1.2 (e.g., GoG Edition), but 1.3 can make it really enjoyable (for starts, you can completely disable the annoying sidekicks or make them invulnerable).

Removes Voodoo2 support. Why did they do that?

Is this too much voodoo?

...and ergo the patch immediately disqualified itself for the 3dfx purists. (which I am not, but an obligatory reply like this is surely brewing somewhere...)
