There is a command line setup process. Is the installation media a burnt cd or the original pressed cd? Try copying it to a folder on the hard drive and install from there.https://www.itprotoday.com/windows-server/com … xe-windows-2000

All files have been copied to HDD and installatuon runs from HDD now. When i take out cd it start from HDD. But im constantly getting into setup when you have to put PC name date etc after. When i finish that PC restarts and everytging repeats.

Sounds like a flat cmos battery. Possible your hdd is a bit large for your mobo as well.

When it restarts does the Windows boot menu come up, and if so what options are displayed? Or maybe you need to mess with BOOT.INI
