I have tested two 486 motherboards with UMC (ATC-1415) and SiS (LS-486e) chipsets but seems they don't support APM in Win98, no "Stand by" too 😕

It wasn't really a big deal early '90s. Some OEMs implemented such as Dec.
There's a glitch in the matrix.

Apparently 32-bit is dead and nobody likes P4s.
Of course, as always, I'm open to correction...😉
