Well meanwhile i had solved using QEMU.
The first thing i download the HDD 512 Image from HERE

after of that i mount with the follow commands
mkdir -p /tmp/hdd-512mb
sudo mount -o loop,offset=32256,uid=1000,gid=1000 ~/hdd-512mb.img /tmp/hdd-512mb
i install and use KVM, QEMU & AQEMU for install & Configure MS-Dos 6.22 and a second image file for the dungeon keeper cd data, but like hdd. because i don't know why qemu don't mount cdrom under msdos 6.22. and i use the commands inside Qemu + Msdos 6.22
d:
cd keeper
cd dossetup
setup
Works fine here 0.74-4.3, cdrom might be scratched or dirty when the image was made.
