Hello,

I am trying to launch Pirates! Gold from Mac OS X, but the application quits unexpectedly. Other DOS programs runs fine, this is the only program that behaves like this. Has anyone managed to run Pirates! Gold using the Mac OS X client? If so, what is your config file? The only error I encounter during installation is an error about my memory configuration and my display. I use default configuration.

If anyone else have a solution for my problem please say so. Pirates! Gold is the only piece of DOS software I care about 😀 Tell me if I need to post error logs.

pirates gold probably using paging which is broken in 0.63 in the mac os X version of dosbox.

Downloaded a CVS snapshot and compiled. Pirates! Gold works fine. Thank you DOSBox crew 😀

Hello, I have the similary problem with runing Pirates Gold but in the WinXP. Sometimes the game quits with an error. If it runs in the DosBox 0.70 I get "illegal adress has cause a page fault" message, in the DosBox 0.63, 0.65 "Pagefault: didn't correct page". I use default config file. May be I must tune up an config or something else?
