Hello,

I have a problem with playing tr1 with glidos. I managed to erase the cdcheck line from glidos.ini, but the dos window appears briefly , then goes off and...back to glidos launch screen. I have an nvidia gf 5700 and have recently updated my video card drivers to 81.98_forcewarwnxp2k..etc. Is there anything else I can do to overcome this problem?

Presumably you deleted the check line because of Glidos reported an error. Deleting the check line doesn't cure the problem; it just makes Glidos ignore it. There is some sort of problem with your CD or CD drive. Or it could be some other type of drive (USB maybe) confusing things. Tomb Raider crashes if it can't find the CD. I put the check into Glidos so that you'd get more warning than just nothing working.
