Kings of the Beach in Tandy mode not working ...

Kings of the Beach works flawlessly in EGA mode, but uses the PC tweeter for sound. If I try playing in Tandy mode, I get the full 3-voice synthesizer.

However, when I the game starts after you select Tournament in Tandy mode, DosBox crashes. In the DOS command window it reads:
Exit to error: Dyncore: Illegal option in opcode oxff.

The game works fine in EGA mode but unfortunately this game does not support adlib sound the only advanced sound to use is the Tandy 3 voice.

Running:
P4 3.4Ghz 2GB RAM
SB Audigy 2

Anyone else get this problem? Thanks!

Indeed, normal core works just fine in combination with Tandy for sound effects.

I've tried using the other CPU cores, but none of them seem to make the game work properly. Any ideas?

Normal:
Exit to Error: CPU: GRP5 Illegal Call 7

Full:
Game just hangs ... no exit to error.

Dynamic:
Exit to error: Dyncore: ILlegal option in opcode 0xff.

Simple:
Game does not load at all.

Yes, I'm running the latest (and greatest) DosBox 0.65. Any ideas? Thanks for the help so far!
