Hi

I'm rather new to these dosbox-things, so I have a question.

When I wan't to play my Death Rally and have mounted a C: and run the stuff, it asks for the CDROM even though I have mounted a with the following command:
mount F F:\ -t cdrom (and a lot of different, addition solutions such as "-label Death Rally" and -usecd 2", since the F drive has the number 2 according to "mount -cd". The reason I mount the CDROM in F is because I have several drives, and the F is a virtual drive where I run .iso files - I was hoping I wouldn't have to use my CD this way, but it doesn't seem to work)

Isn't it possible to have a CDROM and a drive mounted in order to have the game running from the drive and still use a CDROM at the same time?

Can anyone help, and does my question make sense?[/i]

Make sure you're using the same drive letter for the CD drive as you did when you installed the game.

Hmm.. I don't quite understand. You are saying that I have to be sure that the drive I've mounted my CD to is the same as when I want to mount it in dosbox?

Did you install the game to your hard disk, or are you running it directly from the CD?
If the former, make sure the CD drive letter is the same as when you installed it. Eg. if you installed the game from CD drive D: then make sure it's the same in DosBox. You can use whatever CD drive you like - just the letter you mount it as matters. Eg. mount d f:\ -t cdrom -ioctl -label Death Rally
