Before and after the storm.
It was just one storm that come out of nowhere.
Area affected stretches south for about 250 km.

It's the same. Look at the date on the photos - upper left corner area. They are both from 2017.

I had no idea about this... but then again I don't watch/read news for many years now. I also have no clue about the motivation for this topic.

Actually, it's nothing special.
In certain regions, such tornadoes, cyclones, etc. are perfectly normal.
In Poland, however, such phenomena are extremely rare, so they get a lot of attention in the media...
