OK I'm running Syndicate Plus with the D-Fend front end. I can get the Intro movie and menus nice and large but when the actual game starts it rests to almost 1/4 screen size. When the mission is over and the victory movie & menu run it goes back nice an large. I even tried to reset my video card to 640x480 but it doesn't have that low a seting

How did you manage to get the intro movie to run?

I tried for the last two hours, taking suggestions from here and other boards (everything from copying the SYNDICAT directory from the CD and running main.exe, to copying all the .exe files to the data directory) but I can't get the intro movie to play.

Ironically, most of the time I can get intro.exe to run by itself, just not within the game!

I think I'm missing something important. I even tried forgetting D-Fend and following the "back to basics" method mentioned elsewhere. Didn't work, still no intro.

Please, if you don't mind, could tell me your step-by-step method for getting Syndicate Plus to run? 😅
