Hello everyone,
This is probably old news, but I just came accross some links of the TPM module.

As it seems, the socket is either based on the LPC bus (Low Pin Count) or eSPI bus and thus is logically ISA, minus DMA.
Well, mostly at least. Some LPC buses can do DMA, so this part isn't very clear (so Sound Blaster is likely left out),
The physical part is some very fast serial connection using nibbles (4 Bit).
So I wonder, do you have any ideas for repurposing it for some last ISA projects (if possible; before BIOS/CSM gets removed) ?
- You know, interesting things like OPL4 boards, Tandy 3-voice/Game Blasters or Covox Sound Master clones.. Hercules InColor clones.. 😀
